The 2017 Online Learning Series is focused on the evidence-based utilization of advanced imaging to improve patient care management. This program is delivering materials and resources nationwide to educate the medical community on the impact of PET/CT imaging. A select number of the Online Learning Series webinars have been accredited through recognized programs for technologists to receive 1.0 CEH.

In this session, Dr. Bridwell will discuss the appropriate and effective utilization of PET/CT imaging in gynecologic oncology and detail the varied role which PET/CT may play in ovarian, cervical and endometrial cancers. He will also explain PET/CT’s specific use in staging, restaging, response assessment and recurrence for these indications and discuss the technical and clinical issues involved in advanced imaging, including the diagnostic challenges which these oncologic indications present to radiologists and referring physicians. Finally, he will reference current research and recent case studies to illustrate the appropriate use of this diagnostic modality.

This activity is approved for credit by the ASRT. To be eligible for CE credit you must register individually, attend the entire session and complete a post-webinar survey. Instructions to receive CEH (1.0) will be provided at conclusion of session.
