The 2017 Online Learning Series is focused on the evidence-based utilization of advanced imaging to improve patient care management. This program is delivering materials and resources nationwide to educate the medical community on the impact of PET/CT imaging. A select number of the Online Learning Series webinars have been accredited through recognized programs for technologists to receive 1.0 CEH.

Upcoming Webinar: Clinical Utility of Ga68 Dotatate PET for Neuroendocrine Tumors
In this session Val Nassiri, Director of Medical Affairs Field Based Team, Advanced Accelerator Applications USA, Inc. (AAA) will discuss the clinical utility of gallium 68 Dotatate positron emission tomography (PET) for localization of somatostatin receptor positive neuroendocrine tumors (NETs) in adult and pediatric patients. He will also review the clinical data for gallium 68 Dotatate that was the basis of FDA approval for NETSPOT®. Next he will detail the clinical differences between gallium 68 Dotatate positron emission tomography (PET) and Indium 111 pentetreotide SPECT (Octreoscan) for NET disease and provide approaches to the optimal reading of gallium 68 Dotatate scans versus Octreoscan.
